No, the hire price covers up to 12 -24 hours’ worth of hire, if additional days are required a higher price will be quoted unless agreement is made prior.
Yes, a 50% non refundable deposit is to be paid at time of booking to secure your hire equipment for your special date.
Yes we require a minimum $100 security bond on all hires which will be returned to you within 3 working days after the hire as long as the products are returned in the same condition as you hired them. The Bond is payable upon pick up of the hired equipment. Bonds will be refunded to you in the same way that it was paid unless otherwise agreed.
No there is no minimum hire charge we are more than happy to hire out our props for individual hire; However deposit is still required to be paid to secure your booking.
We Accept Payments by Cash on collection, or direct bank transfer 24 hours before the event, with the screenshot sent to email@example.com
Our hire period is for up to 12-24 hours, (unless written agreement is made prior) a nominated pick and drop off time will be advised on the booking form; however we do understand that this is not always the case and alternatives times can be arranged at a mutually agreed time.
Equipment is required to be return to us on the nominated date as stated on the booking form at time of booking. However Alternatives can be made by appointment only.
A Late Fee will be charged for all Equipment that is not returned as per the Standard Hire (unless alternative agreements have been made by Canberra’s Coolest Parties to return of the Equipment). This late fee will be $40.00 per day until the equipment has been returned.
Fragile items such as candy jars and lids should be hand washed and handled with care, and packed accordingly. All linen is to be returned in the same condition that it was hired in. Any damage such as soiling, stains, tears, rips must be advised by the Hirer on return of the Equipment.
This is what the bond will cover, all breakages, damage or losses will be deducted from your bond once goods have been returned to Canberra’s Coolest Parties. However if this amount exceeds the bond we will issue you an invoice and request payment within 24-48 hours.
That’s fine, we understand that things happen and not everything goes accordingly to plan. If you need to cancel your booking we ask you to send us an email just to let us know. Unfortunately the deposit will not be returned but if any additional monies have been paid we will be happy to return that to you as long as we are advised in writing 14 days prior to your event date.
Appropriate vehicle – covered vehicles only, such as vans and trucks (NO OPEN TRAILERS)

We cater to Deliver, Set up, Style and Collect of all props at an additional fee.
Absolutely, Delivery / Collection of equipment can be arranged, this can range from $25- $120 located in Canberra, Queanbeyan. Other surrounding locations may require an additional delivery / collection fee. These charges will include the time taken for a staff member to deliver, set up and collect the equipment, petrol costs for the trips, Late night collection or early hour drop of or collection . An accurate quote can be made if you contact us via email stating your particular requirements for deliveries and or collections.
Yes we do setup, a setup fee will be quoted with your hired items this fee is in with the delivery set up and collection fee, However all hired items will be carefully wrapped and packaged for your travels to ensure your equipment is good to go for you to set up as you wish.

If you want to hire additional equipment you will need to send through an email to us to see if the equipment is available for hire, If available an additional quote will be sent to you and you will need to complete an additional booking form and return it to us along with a 50% deposit for the additional booking to secure the equipment.
